You may only use the Brixs platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, or international law or regulation.
• Use the platform to generate or deploy illegal, harmful, or unethical smart contracts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform, servers, or networks connected to Brixs.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or any systems or networks connected to the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Brixs platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Brixs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

5. Smart Contract Generation

Brixs provides tools for the generation, deployment, and management of smart contracts. You are solely responsible for the content and functionality of any smart contract you create using our platform. We do not guarantee the success, legality, or security of any smart contract generated on the platform.

While we make reasonable efforts to secure the platform, we cannot guarantee that the smart contracts will be error-free or free from vulnerabilities. It is your responsibility to audit and test all contracts before deploying them.

6. Transactions and Fees

• $BRIXS Token: The $BRIXS token is required to interact with certain features of the platform, including deploying smart contracts, paying transaction fees, and participating in governance.
• Transaction Fees: You may incur network transaction fees (gas fees) when using the platform for deploying contracts, and these fees will vary depending on the blockchain network you are interacting with.

You are solely responsible for all transactions conducted on the platform, and we are not liable for any loss of funds due to transaction errors, network issues, or other unforeseen events.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brixs, its affiliates, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to any loss or damage caused by reliance on information or services provided on the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brixs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Brixs platform, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the platform.
